UVA in London:
Regent's University London

At Regent’s University London, independence is an attitude of mind. The aim is to develop students who question the status quo and who are entrepreneurial in their thinking. Regent’s is committed to meeting the individual needs of students in order to produce alumni of distinction and new opportunities.

Regent’s is small and intimate enough to feel like a ‘home away from home’. With just under 5,000 students on campus, the staff and students get to know each other by name, and students benefit from plenty of one-on-one contact with their tutors.

The university is an international community, where students meet others from all over the world. Students on campus represent more than 140 nationalities, along with numerous students and staff from prestigious, global partner institutions.

Intercultural exchange and international languages are a crucial part of education at Regent’s. Many students spend time studying abroad, gaining experience of other cultures, languages and work practices. They are encouraged to take classes in any of nine economically important languages, and receive extensive support and teaching if English is not their first language.

Regent’s offers a full range of student services. Participants in the program will have full use of the university’s extensive facilities, including tennis courts, an exercise room, a basketball court, soccer pitch, library, art gallery, and computer services.

Location IconLocation

London has no parallel as an international city in which to live and study. Regent’s location at the heart of the UK capital puts you within easy reach of the world-class cultural, educational and leisure facilities that make London the top destination for visitors across the world.

London has always attracted people from across the globe. More than 300 languages are spoken throughout the city, which is home to a hugely diverse population. It is also a great place to be young – more than a quarter of the people who live here are under 25 and London has the highest concentration of university students in Europe.
